He was born on May 24, 1743. He was the author of the newspaper, “l’ami du people” during the revolution. He was extremely radical and was respected by many people. He thought anyone who wasn’t avidly against the crown was a traitor and deserved to be beheaded. He was assassinated on July 13, 1793 by a member of the Girondins, Charlottle Corday.
